  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Rupees, Prices are subject to change without notice. Any additional charges (such as taxes or shipping fees) will be clearly listed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We provide shipping to most regions. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your order is processed.

  • Custom Neon Lights: We guarantee that all neon lights are manufactured to the highest standards using premium materials. We provide a 1year warranty on all products from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our neon lights, all sales are final. Please ensure that you review and approve all design specifications before placing an order.
  • Defective Products: If a product arrives defective or damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for steps to receive a replacement or refund.
