Return and Refund Policy

At Neon Mantra, we strive to ensure that every custom neon light you purchase brings a glow of satisfaction to your space. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

Since our neon lights are custom-made and tailored to your specific preferences, we do not offer returns on any products. Once an order is confirmed and produced, it is final and cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure your neon light arrives in perfect condition. However, if your neon light is damaged or defective upon delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide us with proper unboxing photos or videos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
  • After reviewing your claim, we will arrange for a replacement if the damage is verified.

3. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases:

  • We will provide a replacement product with 5-7 days.
  • Replacements will only be processed once we have verified the damage.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized neon lights (with names, logos, or specific designs).
  • Sale items or special promotions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been placed and production has begun, cancellations are not allowed. Please ensure all customizations and details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Before Finalizing the customization, We will provide you with the last Preview for Approval. If the preview meets your approval, No further adjustments will be made.
